ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Our Entrepreneurial Development Programs cover the five basic component of successful entrepreneurship, namely Business skills; Technical skills; Life skills; Mentorship; Access to tools and materials. Below are the programs we offer:

VOCATIONAL SKILLS

Competency-based trainings in 10 disciplines: textiles, make-up artistry, food processing, soap processing, sewing, interior décor, hat making, beads work, catering, floral arrangement.

ECONOMIC GOVERNANCE PROJECT

The purpose of the project is to provide integrated services for SMEs and other economic actors so as to create an enabling environment among for enterprise growth and development at the grassroots level; strengthen the skills of SMEs to be able to dialogue effectively with other stakeholders on issues pertaining to private-sector development policies.

ENTERPRISE CREATION AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

We want people to recognize and avail themselves of business opportunities as well as sharpening their entrepreneurial and managerial skills for better business management.

YOUNG WOMEN IN PROFESSIONAL DRIVING

We offer technical training in driving for young women to become professional and commercial chauffeurs thereby moving them from the margins to mainstream economy. The program is to alter public perceptions about women’s participation in the booming public and private transportation sector and build a collection of empowered women chauffeurs.

WOMEN IN AGRIBUSINESS

We aim at adding value to the agric business and put in place the getting women involved in the supply chain of agricultural production.

WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

It aims at developing a high-quality skilled workforce/entrepreneur of women relevant to current and emerging employment market needs in the fast growing construction industry.
